Compassionate Service

While efficiency makes our scheduling style possible, grooming compassionately is the focal point of every service at D-Tails. It is our standard to never put a haircut before the pet.  However, we understand that the smallest adjustment in approach can sometimes make the difference in a pet accepting an aspect of grooming that otherwise triggers a stress response. At D-Tails we don’t follow a cookie cutter approach, but groom pets with a problem-solving perspective that focuses on innovative approach and developing trust.
